The cutter, is the standard issue weapon used by ferals.

This weapon is the standard weapon used by rejects and settlers. It uses alien technology, it shoots "alien blades", very effective against enemies especially weak enemies, like human soldiers or outcast. It is also a very accurate weapon, perhaps one of the most accurate weapons in the game. It has also a magazine, similar to human weapons.
